My stay here at Arbors At Springfield has been pretty great. The staff was great! The nurses were great! The nurses were always respectful and courteous to me. When I first arrived at Arbors, I was not pleased with my diet; within a few short weeks, the therapy team and nurses were able to get me back to a regular diet so that I could enjoy my foods just as they told me they would! I was satisfied with my room, no concerns there! I really enjoyed the Activities Director, Blair. She took time out of her day to go around to each room and include every one of us in the daily activities someway, somehow! All of the residents could not participate in the activities in the lobby area or dining room area, so she always found a way to bring the activities to you!
