Our staff will provide unique tools to assist in the success of the program, including educational materials and specialized equipment as necessary. Education will include lung disease education, proper medication usage, and breathing retraining.

Consistent education for patients and families using shared materials & key learning components, including management of medications, diet, exercise, and heart-healthy lifestyle choices
