New Respiratory Director at Arbors at Springfield

Arbors is as good as their word! Arbors At Springfield stands behind what they say on their website and Facebook page. Everything and everyone was excellent and right on time as they delivered according to my schedule and my care needs. I liked the fact that I was treated and respected as an adult and not like a child. I still did my own thing as if I was at home and not have anyone standing over me watching my every move like you would a child. My experience was very fun, exciting, comfortable, clean, and the activities were awesome! Blair, the activities director, is great; each day, we had some sort of an activity that always keeps you smiling! I was respected and treated with the most genuine care by every staff member I met with, spoke to, and cared for me. Marquis, one of my care assistants, was always accommodating, honest, and has a great personality. He never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was not important. Marquis always goes above and beyond to make the stay at Arbors a good one. On my first day, I was very impressed with the facility's cleanliness, and each day was the same after that. The facility was clean and always smelled great! When you have a loved one that needs a little extra care from home, you want the best care for them. Take it from me, "Arbors At Springfield" is the best! I just want to thank the entire staff at Arbors At Springfield for making my stay great, always being courteous, and to keep up the great job that you all do. I will be telling all of my friends and family how awesome you all are!
