Thank you all for all you guys did; you guys did a great job with me. Keep up the great work! The RT team was really good to me and very patient. You all did a lot for me, and I appreciate you all! I also want to thank you all and tell you all that you all did a wonderful job keeping COVID out of the facility and keeping us all safe. I will miss you all very much, but it is time for me to move on.

I am really going to miss most of the residents and staff here at Arbors at Springfield. I made quite a few new friends. I am going to miss all of the fun activities with Blair! Most of the staff and residents were good to me and treated me right. I was able to get a few phone numbers and will be keeping in touch. Good luck to the future residents. I hope they will enjoy their stay like I did. My goal was to be home before my birthday, and that goal was met!

I really enjoyed doing all of the art projects at Arbors at Springfield. I love knitting; my very first night, I was greeted with yarn and a knitting needle to knit. This made my first night very relaxing. I enjoyed my daily conversations with the staff and several residents! Every day was full of good laughs and great times. My therapy experience and the entire therapy staff was good—a positive experience in a relaxed environment. I had a good outcome and going home on time, as promised on my first day when arriving at Arbors at Springfield. I am really going to miss everyone, especially the therapy staff!

My stay here at Arbors At Springfield has been pretty great. The staff was great! The nurses were great! The nurses were always respectful and courteous to me. When I first arrived at Arbors, I was not pleased with my diet; within a few short weeks, the therapy team and nurses were able to get me back to a regular diet so that I could enjoy my foods just as they told me they would! I was satisfied with my room, no concerns there! I really enjoyed the Activities Director, Blair. She took time out of her day to go around to each room and include every one of us in the daily activities someway, somehow! All of the residents could not participate in the activities in the lobby area or dining room area, so she always found a way to bring the activities to you!

When it came time to go to a skilled nursing facility, I was not prepared. Thankfully, I have wonderful daughters who were able to get out and tour many facilities. After doing a lot of research, we chose Arbors at Springfield Rehabilitation Center. I receive excellent care here and I really enjoy meal times with my friends and family. I am so glad my daughters helped me choose Arbors at Springfield for all of my nursing and therapy needs.

I feel very good now living at Arbors at Springfield. When I first came here I was so sick I could not even get out of bed. Therapy helped me get back to my normal self so I can function regularly. I can walk again now, I decided a few weeks ago that I wanted to live here long term because the nursing staff is wonderful. All the nurses answer the call lights very quickly and are always very nice to me regarding any issues that are going on; they do not hesitate for anything. I feel very safe at Arbors at Springfield and am always treated with respect.

The staff was great, and I was treated with respect by everyone I encountered! I came to Arbors at Springfield for therapy. Thirty days after successfully completing my therapy, here I am, "going home to enjoy some sweet corn, my brother prepared for me as my welcome home gift!" My room was cleaned daily, the food was great, and all of my therapy goals were met. I would recommend Arbors to anyone in need of great therapy with wonderful staff! I would definitely recommend Arbors At Springfield to other people in need of good therapy! Thank you to the entire Arbors At Springfield staff for being so great to me. I greatly appreciate how well I was taken care of. You all did an excellent job managing the unforeseeable! Everybody was very, very kind to me throughout my entire stay and very good at taking care of me. Everyone was so patient and understanding of my needs. My therapy needs were met right on time, as promised. I also enjoyed how the staff made sure my family could see me comfortably in my room throughout my stay. Although we had to do window visits due to COVID, the team made the window visits fun and enjoyable for me!

Arbors is as good as their word! Arbors At Springfield stands behind what they say on their website and Facebook page. Everything and everyone was excellent and right on time as they delivered according to my schedule and my care needs. I liked the fact that I was treated and respected as an adult and not like a child. I still did my own thing as if I was at home and not have anyone standing over me watching my every move like you would a child. My experience was very fun, exciting, comfortable, clean, and the activities were awesome! Blair, the activities director, is great; each day, we had some sort of an activity that always keeps you smiling! I was respected and treated with the most genuine care by every staff member I met with, spoke to, and cared for me. Marquis, one of my care assistants, was always accommodating, honest, and has a great personality. He never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was not important. Marquis always goes above and beyond to make the stay at Arbors a good one. On my first day, I was very impressed with the facility's cleanliness, and each day was the same after that. The facility was clean and always smelled great! When you have a loved one that needs a little extra care from home, you want the best care for them. Take it from me, "Arbors At Springfield" is the best! I just want to thank the entire staff at Arbors At Springfield for making my stay great, always being courteous, and to keep up the great job that you all do. I will be telling all of my friends and family how awesome you all are!
